The Varca House
It gives us immense pleasure to present, one of our prestigious old Goan house restoration projects located at Varca, South Goa. The Varca house is situated at walking distance from the Varca beach and its one of those few heritage houses that stands out among other houses in the village. The house is tastefully designed, preserving the aesthetics and architectural style of the Goan-Portuguese era.
The Varca house is nestled in a gated property of size 1,050 sq. mtrs. The built-up area of the house is 178 sq. mtrs; and comprises a living room, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen with a storeroom, a traditional bore-well on the left side and a beautiful “balcao” (balcony) to welcome you.

Location
Varca is beautiful village located near Margao city in South Goa. It neighbours with Benaulim, Telaulim and Navelim village. Varca village is very popular for its beautiful beach, the people and the great Portuguese designed houses. It is one of the most visited villages in the south by tourists. When you pass by, you will notice the row of wooden fishing boats seen on the beach belong to the Christian fishing community.
